Giving full details of pricing for a website is always difficult, as the needs of each company or organisation vary greatly. The costs outlined below only aim to give a basic idea of the amounts involved. The price of a site will vary according to the number of pages that you need and any graphics that need to be designed as well as possible difference depending on your choice of domain name. Depending on the size of website that you require the cost of hosting may also vary.

The full cost of registering the domain name and buying the hosting account for your site will be included in the fee, and both will be paid for two years upfront. In many cases the domain name will be free of charge if you choose a ".uk" domain. If you already have a hosting account and domain name the overall fee will be lower. If you require the site to be maintained by me then any renewal that may be required will be reflected in the maintenance costs.

The price will largely be dependant on the number of pages on your site. A site will include as many or as few pages as are required, the website sizes below are for guidance only. Please note that these are only guideline amounts, actual prices vary.

• One page holding website: £125
• Four page small website: £250
• Eight page medium website: £350
• Twelve page large website: £450
• If you will be maintaining the site yourself, there will be no further cost to you for two years until the hosting account requires renewal.
• Website maintenance can be factored into a quote to cover routine maintenance for an agreed period, or I am happy to give quotes for updates as required.
